Each Soleil Cloak is made from authentic Baule textiles, woven in narrow 5" panels on traditional looms in rural Côte d’Ivoire and hand-stitched together. These cloths often carry subtle variations, hand-mending, or raw edges that speak to their handmade nature. Over time, your cloak may soften or fray and require mending - an invitation to care for it as you would any beloved piece. A small patch kit is included so you can mend and make it your own, adding your story to the cloth’s lineage.
