FORMS OF PAYMENT
All payments are processed securely through Paypal or Shopify Secure Credit Payments. Rest assured that your purchase is protected through Paypal's Buyer Protection Service when you shop with Grace Design.
Please note that the default currency on our website is in Canadian funds. When you view each listing it will show you the cost in your local currency but will display in CAD at checkout. Your credit card company will automatically convert the price to your local currency.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We make each item by hand and most pieces are made to order, (meaning we make each item especially for you - after you place your order). We want you to love your item as much as we love making it for you so please don't hesitate to ask us any questions you may have. Your happiness is important to us - if you are unhappy with your item please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you receive it. Exchange or store credit will be issued on items sent back within 7 days and returned in their original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Cancellations will only be accepted up to 48 hours after you place your order. Once production has begun on your order it will be treated as a purchased item and deemed exchangeable only.
Custom or special orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. This includes large quantity bridal orders. Discounted and sale items are final sale.
SHIPPING & LEAD TIMES
We are a small company and we appreciate your patience as we carefully pack your orders. Most items are made to order and usually ship within 3-4 business days - but can take up to two weeks to ship at peak times. If you need your order by a certain date please contact us and we will make sure it gets there on time.
Most orders are shipped with Canada Post Trackable and typically arrive within one week within North America and within 2-4 weeks internationally.
We also offer express shipping and courier upgrades with competitive pricing.

All customs duties, taxes, or fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Grace Design is required to accurately declare the value of all international orders on the relevant customs forms and on the included packing slip. Occasionally, customs delays do occur. The amount and types of duties, as well as other customs information, can be obtained by contacting a local post office.
As the fabrics we work with are often vintage, gently used and imported from faraway places, from time to time small defects sometimes do appear. Small pin marks, pilling, deterioration and age spots are a reality when working with vintage textiles and something you should be aware of when you place your order. While we do everything we can to try to avoid this, it is our belief that the beauty and one of a kind quality in these fabrics far outweighs these minor discrepancies.
As noted in most descriptions, your bag may look slightly different from the photo. Each piece is truly one of a kind - the placement of the pattern varies from item to item and usually will not look exactly like the photo.
We respect your privacy and will not sell or distribute your name, email or shipping address.
By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency."
All Canadian customers will be subject to applicable HST and GST.
